SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free shipping
Ottica Orbassano offers complimentary shipping in Europe on orders over 250€.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
International shipping
International shipping is charged as an additional cost: it will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are shipped worldwide and requires a delivery proof (signature upon delivery, etc....)
This shipping method has a complete tracking system; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
We must adhere to all International import/export laws.
For International orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. These funds are not set by our store, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Payment
All prices are given in euro € and are shown inclusive of IT/EU sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 22% but exclusive of delivery costs.
Ottica Orbassano accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.
The otticaorbassano.it website is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. However, orders can also be placed by calling our customer care.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed; you'll receive a confirmation email of your purchase with a reference number of your order.
SPEDIZIONI
Spedizione gratuita
Per ordini superiori a 250€, la spedizione è gratuita in Italia ed Europa.
Al momento del checkout, i costi di spedizione non saranno applicati.
Spedizioni Internazionali
La spedizione internazionale viene addebitata come costo aggiuntivo: verrà applicata al tuo ordine al momento del pagamento.
Tutti gli ordini vengono spediti in tutto il mondo e richiedono una prova di consegna (firma alla consegna, ecc ....)
Questo metodo di spedizione ha un sistema di tracciamento completo; una volta che il tuo ordine è stato spedito, riceverai un'email con le informazioni di tracciamento della spedizione, che ti consente di tenere sotto controllo lo stato di avanzamento della consegna.
Una volta che il pacco è stato consegnato all'indirizzo corretto, non possiamo essere responsabili per i pacchetti smarriti o rubati. Assicurati di spedire il tuo ordine in un luogo sicuro.
